Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. I had a new down pipe installed to cope with the torrential rain we get and the guttering was levelled and adjusted to flow betterlt was a vast improvement on what was happening l have a dry wall which l was able to re plaster and paint lots so nice not to have a damp stained wall

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Daniel initially fixed my aerial problem in Feb 22. The signal went in August. I have been trying to get him to repair it ever since. (June 23) Months later i got someone else to repair it. Daniel then offered to come out (again). I told him I had got it repaired and asked him for some money back. He said if I took the bad review down he would let me have it . I did take the review down and have still not received any money. So the bad review is back. From a very angry pensioner

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
