Very thorough and asked for my approval on every aspect of the jobs which is how I like it. They did a number of jobs which were excellent, as well as taking out a first floor fireplace. First class job even though it was the first time they had done that. If you like tradesmen who are thorough and interested in the customer's opinion rather than speedy then I recommend these two very much. Even when they had to change the start date, they came in person to discuss, rather than a text or call.

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. We picked John because of positive reviews on this site and have not been dissapointed, will definately use him again

I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Saved me money I will and am using again. Honesty is best policy.

Jim responded quickly to my advert and came and sorted and serviced the fire the next day. A tidy worker with a pleasant helpful manner. I will use again if I have any issues.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

The two guys responded quickly to my request. Turned up when they said they would. They were very friendly and did an excellent job of rehanging a period door that had come away from the door frame that need cutting out and replacing sections of timber - all at a very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend.

Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. Very polite and explained everything he was doing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

We ended up not using this company but was very thankful for the quick replies we received. I have posted jobs before that did not go so well. This company has great communication.
