It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. It have been an absolute privilege to watch this dedicated hardworking young man, create the bathroom of my dreams. Despite significant issues with the suppliers of the showere tray and units, damaged products and other issues, Doug worked his magic and created a beautiful job. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.
