Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Matty done a fantastic job at my property and had it ready in time for my new tenant as promised. He is very polite, punctual, true to his word and knows what he's doing. Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. Cannot recommend highly enough and already planning our next job.

Dean and Liam attended early Tuesday morning and sorted out the problem which was the motorised valve. They also checked all the wiring and fitted a new wiring control box. Very pleased.

Mel is one of the most technical tradesman I've encountered. He could decipher my plumbing system within minutes and tell me exactly what the root problem was. He is also a very sociable and generous person willing to share his knowledge. The only issue I had is his reliability with the scheduled visits. He postponed a job multiple times causing me anxiety and inconvenience. I appreciate when tradesmen mean what they say and can responsibly manage clients’ expectations.

I would recommend this gentleman to anybody, and would certainly use him again. His quote was good value and the job came in on budget. I also got this gentleman to quote for fitting a radiator as well as plumbing in the loo, again his quote was very competitive. This tradesman is polite, trustworthy and reliable. He turns up when he says he will and gets the job done in the time he states it will take in his quote. He is very pleasant to deal with and I cannot say a bad thing against him - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
