George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. I am qualified in several construction led courses as stated below. I am physically fit with a good head for heights and working in confined spaces. Precise, accurate and reliable hard worker with good communication skills, self motivated and confident with the ability to work as part of a team. I can take charge if required and confident to be able to lead a team. I am keen to develop and attend the relevant training programmes to learn more with a view to progressing within certain job roles, updating current skills and keeping my portfolio current. I am aware of the importance of keeping within the Health and safety regulations and the importance of using the correct PPE. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Came the same day as i posted the job and was very helpful. Payment was not wanted until i was completely satisfied with the work. The job was started next day and at the end of the day the garden was left clean and tidy. Information and advice was given but no pressure was applied to do more than what was needed. The job was finished a day later to a great standard and looks fantastic.
