!st impressions were really good, as you would expect Neil was very knowledgeable about the process and products he was offering. Neil outlined in full every part of the build from start to finish and pointed out what was possible and what would need to be changed in the planning stages of the project. The build was undertaken in a timely manner with regular consultation between the site manager and myself to ensure build was completed properly, all initiated by the supervisor. Highly recommend this company

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.

I have paid for a cowl to be fitted to the chimney 2 months ago and would like it fitting when health allows.Always polite and good humoured and worked hard.I passed his number to parents and others as i was happy with his work

We needed a new shower enclosure to fitted without having spend too much time thinking about it! Andy assessed the job, emailed suggestions for fixtures and fittings and provided a realistic quote for the work. He turned up as planned to do the work, worked hard and finished the job to our complete satisfaction. I can't recommend EPM Bathrooms highly enough!

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

We accepted a quote, seemed really friendly to deal with, but then failed to respond to further communication. The job was never started. First experience of Rated People so was sceptical about using again.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
