On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

Needed a full rewire excluding kitchen From the moment we first saw James and Anthony, we knew they were the real deal and perfect for the job. They took our diagrams, suggested improvements, and gave us a detailed quote competitive to 7 other providers. We gave our keys over and the work was completed 6 days later. SPT Construction built some garden walls for me, about 30m by 1.5-2m, did some re-pointing, built a patio retaining wall with steps, re-built some old stone walling, and laid some concrete flags. I was very pleased: accurate quotes, good quality job and timely. I highly recommend SPT Construction.

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all.
