Davall Construction left my home unsafe,with the exterior wall collapsing and a big hole in my wall,just because I complained about their standard of work.I raised concerns about the shoddy brick laying (Laying brick and mortar to plasterboard),not replacing wall/floor vent (causes damp/rot),cutting/damage new door frame to fit (Instead of cutting wall bricks),not using wall or ceiling supports (acrow props),packing lintel with wood not slate and they just removed everything and left a huge hole in the wall

I’m very pleased with service i teceived from GO Maintenance who fixed a leak in my shower. The guys were prompt, turned up at the agreed time. Took their time to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. We put an advertisment up last night, and we recieved a phone call in the morning from Jay. He was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a rough quote on the phone. When he arrived he was friendly and reassuring, he informed us of more damage that he saw, and put no pressure on us that it needed to be done instantly. He also kept true to his quote. Leon and his team completed the work on my Garage Conversion in August 2022. From the outset Leon and his team were excellent, they gave me plenty of viable options and costs relating to those options to allow me to plan the build accordingly. They kept to the timetable and turned up every day they had planned to work at 8.00 AM, without fail. I Would definitely recommend Leon and team for any future build/repair.
