From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.
