Initially Arbor was efficient, polite and professional. He agreed to everything and nothing was a problem, his work was guaranteed, he would rectify any problems. After we gave him the job, he did not keep to our specification. He underestimated the workload, costs and time it would take. His lack of experience was apparent and showed in his workmanship. There was wastage at extra costs to us. We would not recommend MA paving, they lack integrity, they have not responded to our calls to rectify snags.

Michal and the team were great to deal with and extremely helpful. The usual array of unexpected issues cropped up during the project and Specialist Establishments were always ready to make appropriate adjustments to get the job done., with a minimum of fuss. Fairtrade builders
Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.
Michael did a great job hanging a new bedroom door. He came at short notice, was knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up afterwards.
