At Diamond Construction Services Ltd we provide a free design and quotation service, this means that If we are invited to provide you a quotation our estimator would attend your premises at a time convenience to yourself where we then would talk through the work which you would like doing, discuss the most practical and affordable way in which we can complete the job and then provide you with a full detailed written quotation, stating the exact works in which we’ve agreed on and a broken down scope of works on how we propose to complete the project for you with estimated dates Also attached is a fixed price along with a proposed payment plan, we like to work on a pay as you see basis meaning we never ask for an invoice to be paid until you see the work completed, as an example once the footings have been excavated we would then send across our invoice for footings excavated. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
