Even when one door proved difficult (leading to the job taking longer than he thought and eating into his weekend) he took great care with his work and didn't finish until he was completely happy with it. Brilliant AGB came out first thing assessed the damage, checked again, pointed out some possible further damage and quote was honest and fair. Then they offered to do the job the next day but I had to wait for insurance . They were very patient and gave 150% very happy
