Tom did a great job, helped us make some good decisions on design and came up with the sketches for our job as well. Top notch to deal with, accurate information all the time and very reliable. Ryan from R.A.M. Roofing quoted £140 to fix two small gutter leaks. He took full payment but did nothing. Despite repeated calls and messages, he promised to return at least FOUR times between April 15 and May 24 but never showed up. I wasted four days of annual leave waiting. Avoid Ryan or R.A.M. Roofing — quick to respond but that’s all you’ll get.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Very happy to recommend Ricky and his team (his also repaired the roofs on two other properties in our family so we've seen plenty of his work!).

After completing the work I requested a receipt for the cash and was told it would be in the post and he couldn't sign one now. Still no receipt or contact after almost 4 weeks. A follow up was promised with extra things they could attach to the windows to prevent whistling and to confirm work was satisfactory, they never returned. Good start disappointing finish.

He did the job he was contracted for promptly, in one day he was able to assess the roof and find where the problem was. He came back the same afternoon to complete the job and it was completed in a couple of hours. He was very clear with the quotation and there was not surprises on the final price.

This man came to replace a gutter. He never gave me any receipt,he said he would drop it off later as he didn't have a receipt book. With first big rainfall the gutter started leaking. I contacted him twice,he said he would come to fix it,which never happened. Waste of time and money.
