Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for. We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.
