Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!

We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. I have been a professional roofer for 38 years started on schools then worked my way on to ministry of defence. Now I just enjoy doing domestic and commercial roofs.
Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.
