He actually adjusted a gutter pipe for me that wasn't even to do with the problem for no charge and gave me a quote that I was happy with. He came back the next day to do the work and said he will be happy to come back for the payment the following week. found him to be very professional and polite and certainly knew what needed to be done to rectify the problem.
