Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

!st impressions were really good, as you would expect Neil was very knowledgeable about the process and products he was offering. Neil outlined in full every part of the build from start to finish and pointed out what was possible and what would need to be changed in the planning stages of the project. The build was undertaken in a timely manner with regular consultation between the site manager and myself to ensure build was completed properly, all initiated by the supervisor. Highly recommend this company

When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Tom and Sid did a great job scraping off all the peeling paint, sealing the surface then applying 2 coats of Sandtex. The only problem was the paint order Tom made got damaged by the delivery courier in transit. Took a couple of weeks before I eventually ordered the paint myself from a next day paint co, I would recommend Tom and Sid but I suggest if you want a specific paint and colour you order it yourself.
