We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Martin is a first rate carpenter and has done two jobs for us. One was board the loft and put shelves up there... perfect. The other was to build a fairly large summer house from scratch. Beautiful house.
