Ashley was brilliant. He has done a great job with our radiators - really smart, quality workmanship. He and his colleague were very friendly, professional, tidy and prompt - he even phoned ahead to confirm he was on the way. They went above and beyond to get things done right. Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. I cannot praise Christopher/W Spencer Interiors enough from the initial contact through to the completion of the project. Chris took time to understand what I wanted and was always willing to amend the plans to ensure that he had interpreted my requirements. Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Peter in the future

The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted
