Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. I've been installing all kinds of floor coverings for 15 years. I can install : All carpets, gripper and underlay. Vinyl. Domestic and commercial. Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.
Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!
