Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Friendly and professional, and picked up the job in no time! They were also able to supply the flooring and all the materials, which comes with a great warranty for piece of mind. Fitted in less than 4hours and cleaned up at the end too. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Ian at Chaps. When my boiler stopped working in the winter, the emergency callout fee was lower than any electricity company's. He put in a quick fix so that I could have hot water again straight away, and came back a few days later to do the full fix. Not only that: when he noticed that a radiator wasn't working and that a pipe wasn't earthed, he fixed them too for no extra! Cheery and friendly, I now contact them directly for any issues.
