This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Stuart Williams is an excellent heating engineer & plumber. We have recently bought a property in Kendal and did not know any local tradesmen or have any recommendations. I found Abm plumbing on Rated People and contacted Stuart. On chatting with him he also provided contact details for other tradesmen we needed and we had a site meeting at the property to discuss the various works required. We had a boiler and central heating system installed, as well as the removal of an old system plus gas heaters. Very pleased with the work and quality of parts. The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. Andy sometimes takes a while to respond but he’s obviously busy and his communication is very clear and everything was explained well.
