Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. System works without any problems and lower gas bills already after 6 months. A worth while investment in a new heating system. I would recommend Craig to install a new heating system no problem.
