Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. Was happy to explain each each step of the boiler service and was very tidy, friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
