Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

This is the first time I have used this company but wouldn't hesitate to anyone. Neal came to my home to repair an outdoor canopy. 2 days later the canopy was complete and transformed, Neal took every bit of rubbish ,the area was spotless.Neal was respectful and courteous throughout his time in my home.

Having hired David to complete the work i asked for, whilst the taps where successful, i have had him back three times within 10 days and still need to contact him again regarding unsuccessfully being able to rectify the cistern not filling when flushed, when he comes back it will be the fourth time in two weeks!, i feel i have not got value for money on this occassion and using your website thought i would be getting a professional who knew what they were doing.

From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process.
