Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Rob the plumber did an ok job. Plasterer only did half a job and never came back. Tilers then came in and tried to tile over poor finish, so I ended with poor tiling job also. Rob was not happy really with the finished job so knocked of a few quid, but I still ended up with a poorly finished bathroom.
