After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director. After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

Took five weeks between jobs didn't use dust sheets made a mess of the rugs. Scratched the flooring in the living room and didn't level my floor before installing bath sink and toilet. Im left with an uneven floor.
