Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Fred's work in laying bathroom floor tiles was excellent. Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond, eg. Adding extra plywood to floor as parts were rotting, installing new pipework joints as mine was leaking, cut down bathroom door to make sure it fit. He left the area spotless when finished.
