Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. They contacted me really quickly which was fantastic in my urgent plumbing issue. However, the second contract that came round was a little disappointed with. Whilst the primary issue was fixed there was a new second issue that came about. He came a second time to sort but then wanted to further charge an emergency fee. I appreciate it was a weekend but something didn’t sit right. I called a completely different plumber who I trusted before and he said that the wrong part was used which meant it wasnt safe.

We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
