We asked Chris to renovate our terraced house in Tenby. We live in Cardiff and discussed with him our requirements and throughout the whole renovation he carried out the work superbly and we were always surprised by the standard of excellent work that he did in the property. All of our friends and family and those that rent the house now are so impressed (as we are) with the standard of work which he undertook that they ask if he does work in Cardiff also! Thanks Chris for all your hard work!

James did a fantastic job building a downstairs toilet/shower room for my mother. The quality of his work was of a very high standard and his attention to detail was second to none. No challenge was too much for James and he consulted with my mother regarding the design and installation throughout the whole working process. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Dan visited and gave me a quote for the job. He then turned up with Tom to help on the day and have to say they did a very tidy job of strimming the grass, raking it up and clearing. Chopped up a dead tree which had fallen onto the land into logs and stacked tidy. They did what I asked them to do and were polite and informative in letting me know when they could next be here. Decent guys!

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Contact was quick and easy and job was done within a few days completed and very happy with the work and how they carried the work out . Didn't disturb me at all just got on with the job and the job was done professionally. Will definitely used again if I need anything done. Great team

Would give 4.5/5.0 stars if I could Job involved full rewiring, suspended ceilings, splitting storage area into 4 smaller ones - I'm very happy with those Most things went pretty well, but there were few things why I can't give full 5 stars, primarily: * There was some miscommunication between Michael and the electricians * While Michael was sick with Covid-19, some of his junior's work quality was not as good. * Few things were missed, but I DIY'd it. Will definitely contact Michael for future jobs.
