Absolutely amazing tradesmen with very competitive pricing. transformed my 50m2 Driveway by tilling and installing aco floor drainage, great attention to detail and great finished product. Very highly recommended and definitely will have them returning for more work.

Simon did a great job for me on my flooring/ skirting and tiling. There were some unexpected costs as i needed more jobs doing and other bits which simon recommended but all was doing in a great way. I would use simon again and will recommend him to others.

Happy with plastering and temp wall installation, but skirting board could have been better. Ceiling plaster developed cracking, which we were promised would be made good, but unfortunately due to poor communication and lack of consideration to the customer we gave up trying to get done by the tradesman and sorted ourselves. In the end a disappointing experience.

Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. Chris contacted me promptly after putting my job ad and offered his availability straight away. I had solid wood flooring to lay on newly built extension, and it needed to fit the old floor. Chris did a great job, showing great carpentry skills, he worked hard over the weekend so I could have the living room sorted. Mark was pleasant to deal with, honest, reliable and quoted a fair price. The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Unusual job, but I discussed it with Mark who was accommodating and completed a good job quickly and conveniently.

Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

Would highly recommend Plumb and Tile Chelmsford. Scott and Gavin have made a lovely job of our small ensuite. Scott was calm and professional even when faced with some unforseen plumbing problems. It was a pleasure having them working in our house - they were reliable, friendly and always tidied up at the end of the day. Would definitely have them back for any future projects.
