Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. Would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Charlie built us a custom cabinet and TV wall, he was very quick to respond, organize a quote and complete the work. The quality of his work is extremely neat, accurate and he managed to give us exactly what we asked for. I would definitely recommend Charlie for any work you are looking to get done and will be contacting him for future jobs.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
