John gave a price, based on my description and photo. He confirmed he'd arrive the following day and this morning, called to say he'd arrive in "30 mins". John arrived as promised and promptly fixed the issue. He also noticed a blockage in the downpipe and resolved that too. I can't fault him in any respect and am happy to recommend him to anyone. Simon did a great job for me on my flooring/ skirting and tiling. There were some unexpected costs as i needed more jobs doing and other bits which simon recommended but all was doing in a great way. I would use simon again and will recommend him to others.
