Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm, I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.
