Kris was amazing! His work ethic is second to none. Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.

Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted. Employed these workmen to supply and fit a window, seems very nice and helpfull, with a guarantee to fix a condensation problem. I have raised complaints with them after first day of fitting and I have been totally ignored and charged an extra £150 to fix a problem on a different window. he did not do the work but he took the money. I would not recommend and I think that Rated People should be held responsible, as workman are employed because they have come through on the Rated People website. Rip off.

2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.
