Arrived to assess the damage exactly when they said, actually went up onto the roof to look - didn’t give an estimate from a photo. Came on time to complete the work and worked diligently to get it done. Very tidy as well.

Needed a full rewire excluding kitchen From the moment we first saw James and Anthony, we knew they were the real deal and perfect for the job. They took our diagrams, suggested improvements, and gave us a detailed quote competitive to 7 other providers. We gave our keys over and the work was completed 6 days later. Having tried to get someone to do this job for months I went into Rated People and Ronald Gaunt contacted me. He quoted that day and did the job the day after at a very reasonable price. He even found an additional issue whilst he was in the roof and did that for free! I’m mega impressed. All communication very clear with photos in both the quote (to show roof issues) and alongside invoice (to show job done). He’s great, book him.
