MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.
