Matthew was easy to communicate with he was honest about the job and not put off by the private lane access - which meant all materials had to come down lane and through the house they were tidy - professional and attention to detail It was also very refreshing to see a trade man that had enough professional ability to only require £250 Deposit to hold date - did not need materials paid up front as he clearly runs a good cash flow company with good trade accounts. I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.

AVOID! Jon seemed done good job at the time. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!
