I needed the grass lawn scraped off and removed. make a level foundation to put cement on to create a patio and pathway. completed fast. It looked bad. the man said I needed to pay more money. So I did. Still uneven, the cement mix didn't set. collapsing sideways. Stones found in the rest of my garden.He asked me to pay even more money. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine.
