I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

Really dissapointed with the after sales lack of service. The actual job was fine but they borrowed a tape measure from my elderly father which was not returned despite repeated requests. We paid in cash as Robert said his card machine was not working. Two months on and despite many calls and messages no invoice. The Rated People process for complaint handling is useless so I wont be using this platform again.
