Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Chris was helpful friendly and efficient and prompt throughout and was able to answer all my questions about types of flooring so I could make an informed choice. Im very pleased with the results and would readily recommend CMP carpentry to others!

Luis was quick in responding to my order for the replacement of 3 double-glazed window panels and gave me a price based on my own measurements. This was confirmed when he visited a few days later and took precise dimensions. The job was completed, without any fuss, today. I am entirely satisfied.

Mohammad was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he came and sorted out an electrical issue that had been bodged by previous installers. Stayed until 21.00 to finish job and ensure that we were left with working shower. Highly recommended will definitely be using again for future works.

Overall, very happy with the work Oleg and Slav did, they were very professional and took pride in their work. Only thing to improve on would be communication and punctuality. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I contacted Paul at th last minute and he stepped up to the challenge. Prompt & reliable, Paul & Marious completed the job quickly, to a very high standard and did additional work not included in the quote. The tradesman, Fabio, arrived perfectly on time ready to start at the agreed time. He assessed the work to be done and started work straight away with his colleague. He was considerate and flexible in where and how we wanted the work and preparation of materials to take place. They cleaned as they went and at no point was there any "mess" around. The 4 doors were fitted to a very high standard and I'm definitely very pleased with the work. My flat was left spotless and I'd recommend and use C.C. again ;-)

Darius is honest and reliable. He was ready to start at our convenience and sourced the materials needed. He didn't rush anything and was happy to do some extra jobs that cropped up last minute. We will definitely use him again
