Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I would like to state that Ken has been very helpful in trying to meet my high standards. He has had a challenge with 3 different colour grouts white, black & brown. He has also come back 4 times in an attempt to please me. I would like to highly recommend Ken for natural stone jobs as he has done an excellent job of our Kitchen Splashback. Although I am still dissatisfied with our ensuite and will have to get this re-done in the future, I do now have all the gaps filled and feel it is useable. Jason

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional.
