Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls.
