Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! I tried contacting the office but nobody was answering the phone, and even more frustrating, the answerphone wouldn't accept any messages. was a bit premature with my review, it is now March and job was started in Nov/Dec. Still waiting for edging to be attached to worktops, after being told they would be done about 4 weeks ago. My wife stayed in all day, but no show and no message or apology. Also wasn't consulted about which way the pelmets were fitted, although there was someone in the house all day. Consequently had to buy extra pelmet so they could be done again, no apology and refused to give the cost of the pelmet. Communication poor.

Marcus and Jamie fitted a kitchen and floor for us last year. Marcus said after they were finally finished that it had been one of the most awkward and most problematic kitchens they had ever done. Not through any fault of theirs. Wrong parts delivered and endless new unforseen issues. All handled with patience & understanding.
