The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Leaks are still coming through in the same place and despite promises that they would return to fix this now no one is answering my calls or texts. They are just hoping I go away.
