Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. Very polite, softly spoken young man who did various jobs for me at a reasonable rate. Very happy with all the work he did and have another list of jobs for him to do next week! He obviously knew what he was doing. He took away the old tank for me and the old dishwasher which was very helpful. He fitted shelves in the old redundant dishwasher and shelves in the big old bathroom cupboard. He also put up a new blind. I thought his quote was really reasonable and paid him a bit extra as I was so pleased. Anne

We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine.
