This firm came promptly and the boss seemed to know what he was doing and gave us a fair quote. However the job that should have taken according to the boss only three days turned out (not always their fault) to take over a week and finished the best part of two. The worst bit was the untidyness of the workers. The place was over run with barrows pushed onto our grass with a full load of set concrete, petrol cans, tools and no end of cement block offcuts all over the border and the lawn. Disappointing.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. Having been either let down or quoted inflated prices it was a breath of fresh air when Ben came to quote. The quote was accepted and Ben went out of his way to source some replacement ridge tiles. The work was delayed due to the weather but completed as requested. Final bill was less than the quote, so very pleased with that. I would recommend Ben as he is conscientious,diligent and easy to talk to.
