Materials were paid for upfront which we were a little bit worried about at first but materials and team turned up at agreed time. Lewis and colleagues did a nice job of my new roof and have guaranteed the work for 10 years. The work would have been completed in a very reasonable timeframe but there was a slight delay due the wait time for a new window to go on my dorner. So in the end I asked for the roof and dormer to be finished without the new window.
