Excellent advice and work. Quote was inl ine with others but I preferred John's no nonsense approach to the work. Left everything clean and tidy, just needed to vacuum up a small amount of sawdust from the carpet. Have already booked more work.

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this.
