Work was done fast and quick and to a high standard. Unfortunately the agreed date was changed last min but was all very good in the end
Arcbright responded within half an hour of me loading the job, correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up the next day, on time and with the relevant new parts. They reparied our emersion heater very quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable rate. We have had no further problems at all and I would thoroughly recommend them.
